Wada Kolam Unpolished rice is a Kolam rice from Wada region of Maharashtra.
It is flavourful, thin and medium size.

How to use? :
Wash the rice gently 1-2 times so that dust/dirt separates. Soak this rice in water for at least 6-8 hours. Soaking helps for better assimilation of nutrients and also reduces cooking time.
