This wheat seed is hard, reddish brown and long sized.
It is slightly fragrant and makes reddish brown Chapatis, puri etc.
It is a healthy alternative to hybrid wheat varieties due to its high fibre & very low content.
To make softer rotis, rest the flour for atleast 30 minutes before rolling in chapati.
Due to low gluten, the rotis wont be as soft as regular hybrid wheat rotis.
