Store them in a cool and dry place preferably in Fridge. Consume at the earliest i.e., within a month or two to get the utmost benefit from these millets.

This is Desi variety Jowar, richer in taste as well as antioxidants as compared to Maldandi Jowar. Bhakri will not be as soft as Maldandi. Apply Ghee on Bhakri and wrap it in cotton cloth OR have it hot.
