Sarkhot’s Sattu Atta is stoneground in traditional chakki. This comes fresh from Udaipur, Rajasthan.

How to use: 

1) Have it directly (with or without a sweetner). A dish of Khandsari – takes this to the next level.

2) Sattu drink : Mix 1-2 tablespoons with water/ buttermilk. Add lemon juice + jeera + black salt

3) Mix it with Wheat / Millet atta to make Thali peeth / Chila

How is our Sattu Chana made?

1) Naturally grown Brown chana is soaked overnight

2) It is then dried in sunlight and then roasted in sand

3) Post that – the outer layer is separated

4) What you get is Chana Sattu whole – which is then grinded in Stone ground machines.
