Black Moong / Black gram whole – काळे मूग / काला मूंग साबुत

Black Moong is an indigenous variety of moong. It is dark in colour. On washing/ soaking, the water will become greenish and these moong beans will become a bit lighter. This is a completely natural phenomenon. It is more nutritious and tasty compared to Green Moong.
