Made from naturally grown Sugarcane. No chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides or anything is used in sugarcane cultivation.
Made in small batches and with traditional method of boiling sugarcane juice and then cooling it off to make Jaggery blocks. These Jaggery blocks are further dried and then handpounded to a coarse powder form. As it is handpounded, it is not as fine as machine grinded powders but has higher nutrition as lowest heat is generating in handpounding method.
Transfer to a airtight container and store in cool and dry place.

Note:
Many times, if Natural jaggery is unused for a long time / due to a humid climate, there is fungus growth. Do not throw away this jaggery as it acts as Gold for your soil/plants’ health.
If it has fungus (a lot of it), mix it with water and let it dissolve completely. Now, add this mixture to your house plants soil/society trees soil. This jaggery attracts various insects thereby increasing microbial activity and improving the health of plants & trees.
