Nachani (Finger Millet) flakes | नाचणी पोहे is a delicious healthy replacement to regular Poha.
Make Kanda Poha, Chivda, Kheer, Ladoo OR just have it with Milk. It becomes crispier if it is roasted and then used in recipes.
It makes filling and tasty snack items.
How to use?
- 1) Chivda : Just give it a tadka of curry leaves, mustard seeds and add roasted groundnut, Desi khand, Himalayan pink salt, black salt etc to make.
2) Tikhapoha : Also known as Kandapoha. Add tadka of Mustard seeds, green chilli, onion and turmeric.
3) With Milk – Slightly wet the flakes and mix with Milk to have a filling nutritious snack.
4) With curd: Slightly wet the flakes and mix with Curd. Add a tadka of mustard seeds, groundnuts, Urad dal and himalayan salt to have a filling nutritious snack.
