A staple from coastal regions of Konkan and Karnataka, Nachani is one of the most humble superfoods. Rich in calcium, protein and fibre, Nachani is suggested even for toddlers. It makes feel fuller quickly and thus also helps in fat-loss diets.

It is a versatile food and makes good Roti, bhakri, Dosa, Idli, Ghavan, ladoo etc.

Atta / Flour is grinded on Gharghanti Flour mill. It has low RPM (grinding speed), which ensures that heat generated is low as well as nutrients are retained.

Millets are the most ancient grains cultivated throughout the world. Over a period, these grains got replaced by Instant food varieties. All our Millets are 100% Naturally grown + they are Unpolished. They are only de-husked.

Store them in a cool and dry place preferably in Fridge. Consume at the earliest i.e., within a month or two to get the utmost benefit from these millets.

We offer the following millets:

Of all these:

-> The first 5 from ‘Sorghum to Amaranth’ are Neutral Millets. i.e. by eating them one can prevent diseases. Neutral Millets are also known and eaten by a large number of people as they are easy to cook. But if there are any diseases already, then it is suggested to eat Sridhanya Millets.
-> The next 5 Millet from ‘Foxtail to Browntop’ have been identified as Sridhanya Millets / positive Millets. Sridhanya Millets help in not only preventing diseases but they also help in treating diseases.
