How to use? :
Wash the rice gently 1-2 times so that dust/dirt separates. Soak this rice in water for at least 6-8 hours. Soaking helps for better assimilation of nutrients and also reduces cooking time.
Storage:
Transfer to an airtight container & store in cool and dry place. Can freeze it for longer shelf life.
