Dagdi Jowar Atta – गावरान, देशी ज्वारी पीठ
₹68.00 – ₹119.00
Desi or Dagdi Jowar is an Indigenous variety jowar. It is smaller in size than regular jowar and is resilient to pests too. It is tastier as well as more nutritious than regular jowar (Maldandi Jowar). Only thing is this Jowar bhakri/Roti will not be as soft as Maldandi Jowar bhakri/roti.
Atta / Flour is grinded on Gharghanti Flour mill. It has low RPM (grinding speed), which ensures that heat generated is low as well as nutrients are retained.
