Natural Jaggery for Chikki is a jaggery specially made for making Chikki. It is moist and will help to hold the Chikki form.
This doesn’t contain any chemical like market Chikki Jaggery, but instead made by a traditional method of low/high flame on Iron pans.
Plus, even the sugarcane used for making this Jaggery is also 100% naturally grown.
i.e. no chemicals at the time of cultivation as well as no chemicals are used at the time of making jaggery.
Make Sesame chikki, Dry fruit chikki, or even ladoo by using this Jaggery.

Made in small batches and with traditional method of boiling sugarcane juice and then cooling it off with low/high flame traditional technique.

Many times, if Natural jaggery is unused for a long time / due to a humid climate, there is fungus growth. Do not throw away this jaggery as it acts as Gold for your soil/plants’ health.
If it has fungus (a lot of it), mix it with water and let it dissolve completely. Now, add this mixture to your house plants soil/society trees soil. This jaggery attracts various insects thereby increasing microbial activity and improving the health of plants & trees.
